HOTEL ROOM WORKOUT OR MICROSCOPIC LITTLE FITNESS ROOM?
How many times have you wished you had a hotel room workout so you didn’t have to take the elevator down to that crappy, microscopic workout room in the dungeon of the hotel.
“GREAT WORKOUT FACILITY” it says on their website. You slide your plastic key in the reader slot and open the door and BOOM the smell of desperation hits you.
There are three zombies staring at you. One zombie is on the elliptical going approximately 1.8 miles an hour. The next zombie is on a medieval Stair-Master which by the look on his face could be is 75th day there. And the third is snaking around on the floor doing some improvised core exercise that would make Caligula blush.
WHAT DO YOU DO?…
ANSWER: You contort your face to make it look like you forgot something back in your room so you can GET THE HELL OUT OF THERE.
WORKOUT IN YOUR HOTEL ROOM INSTEAD
What if you had a hotel room workout plan that you could do all year round. In fact, why go to any gym at all. You can get a better workout at home and save yourself hundreds of hours of driving back and forth to the gym, parking, waiting in line for machines.
